Travel to Huddersfield public transport


There are plenty of places to park in Huddersfield Town centre with on street, indoor and outdoor parking options available. Some are better for short stay and others which are better for long stays with prices range from free to £1 per hour. To find out more visit


Huddersfield bus station is located on Upperhead Row and is easily accessible on foot from anywhere in the town centre. Several operators run services covering all areas of the district and beyond. For full timetables visit



Huddersfield Train Station is located right in the centre of town opposite St George’s Square. Regular trains run from Manchester, Halifax, Bradford and Leeds, while the suburbs and many neighbouring towns and attractions are all easily accessible by rail.
