Huddersfield Open Market will be hosting an evening of community celebration when Radio Sangam brings Chand Raat to Apna Bazaar night market!
Join us for a unique night of shopping, great food and entertainment on Friday 28th March 2025, 4pm until Midnight.
Chand Raat, which translates to Night of the Moon, is a Muslim holiday that occurs at the end of Ramadan and on the eve of Eid ul-Fitr and we invite Muslims and others from all faiths to celebrate with us at Huddersfield Market.
Join us for a fun evening of unique shopping, great food and entertainment and help us to make this the biggest and best Chand Raat in the area.
You can expect live entertainment hosted by Radio Sangam, along with a Community Iftar (an invitation to all to come and break fast).
There will be plenty of Stallholders selling a range of Authentic South Asian goods such as jewellery, hampers and gifts, fragrances, clothing and Henna Artists!
We’ll have Authentic Asian and Middle Eastern foods and sweet treats for all, and of course, those who are breaking fast!
