Urban Artist Competition

Huddersfield BID are proud to announce their first ever Urban Artist Competition, hosted in the heart of Huddersfield Town Centre!

On August 11th, we have invited artists and creatives from all walks of life to join us on St Georges Square and New Street, to create their piece of art for a chance to win £500. Visitors will be invited to watch the artists at work and will be asked to vote for their favourite piece via the Hello Huddersfield App and social media platforms.

We will also be running a children’s art competition where sketch pads and pencils will be handed out and prizes given on the day!

Art workshops and classes will be running throughout the weekend in collaboration with local art groups!!
