We have organised events for Commander and Draft or just come down and grab a game*! This will be a fun day of Magic the Gathering set to kick off on the 21st of October at 12:30pm!

Commander
Some friendly games of commander. There will be three games at 1 hour and 20 mins each where we will try and set you up into the 1v1v1v1 free for all that commander is famous for! There will be some prize Wilds of Eldraine boosters given away on the day! If you are new and want to just want to try it out, we do have some starter decks available or can try one of our loan decks if you want to just get a feel for it. We must ask, in the interest of keeping it fair, no proxies can be used in your commander decks.

Draft Event
Back by popular demand, we will be doing 3 rounds of best of 3 games that will let you build a deck from three supplied booster packs and go head  to head in this friendly match up! This is a great format for starting out in magic and really playing on an equal footing! Unfortunately, there are limited spaces for this event so please try to book in advance as we can only offer as many spaces as boosters available. There are free to use lands available at the club for anyone who don't have their own.

Free Play
If you don't fancy either of our events then why not pop down and play whatever game mode you fancy, all you will need is a deck and an opponent! If we can, we will always try to match you up with someone if you need a hand finding someone to play!

This is hosted at the wonderful Holmfirth Gaming Centre and Sponsored by Red Sun Collectables (1 Miry Ln, New Mill, Thongsbridge, Holmfirth HD9 7HP) which serves a great selection of food and drink!
